Shop Designs 

Designs are only paid for through the website.

Customizable options are colors only.

*Minimum of 2 hours is required to design prior to the event start time is required.

*Cancellations - If for any reason you have to cancel we will apply the cost of the design to any other future orders. Call customer service 817-896-0593 .

Balloon Cleanup will be noted in product description.

We do not do any outdoor designs for this type of order.

Custom Designs 

A square invoice is created for all bookings and a link will be sent to your email with payment instructions.​

*50% Nonrefundable Deposit is due at booking. The remainder will be due 8 days prior to your event.

*Minimum of 2 hours is required to design prior to the event start time is required.

*Cancellations - If for any reason you have to cancel your deposit can be applied to any other design within one year! If we receive a cancellation notice at least 8 days prior to the event all payments will be refunded back except the deposit.

*Balloon Cleanup is not included unless otherwise noted on the invoice. Available upon request with a fee.

*Command Hooks are used for wall designs. Dream Designs by Sharda LLC is not responsible for any damage that may occur when pulling them off.

*For Outdoor Designs - We do not recommend outdoor designs for balloons. We do not do outdoor designs in weather expected above 85 degrees and below 60 degrees. Heat makes balloons expand. A few balloons popping should be expected and could compromise the overall design.
